Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date the item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

1. The packaging must remain intact, with the barcode clearly visible and undamaged.
2. All accessories must be included, with no missing components.
3. The item must be free from significant signs of misuse or intentional damage (e.g., scratches, breakage, unauthorized disassembly).
4. For returns not related to product quality issues, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any related fees.
5. The item must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
6. A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) must be provided.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of up to 35% for non-defective items.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@racgting.com to submit a return request, providing the reason for the return along with photos or documentation if applicable.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
3. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you encounter any of the following issues, contact us immediately:

1. The item is defective or damaged during transit.
2. The item received does not match your order.

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or a full refund.

Exchange Policy
For exchanges, please first initiate a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Policy

1. After the courier picks up your return, we will complete the inspection within 5-7 business days.
2. Upon confirmation that the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed within 15 days to your original payment method.
3. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Important: For returns not related to product defects or damages, any applicable fees (e.g., shipping costs and restocking fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
