ABOUT REFUSAL OF PAYMENT

If you have any questions regarding the product, order, or service, please contact us first. Our after-sales and return policies are clearly displayed on the website. If there is malicious chargeback without prior contact or valid reason, we will reject the claim and contact the platform and payment processor for further action.

WHAT'S IN YOUR BOX?

Items included in the order will be indicated in the product brochure, and those that are not included are not part of our products (we do not sell wheels at the moment).

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Once you place an order on our website, we will pre-authorize the amount to ensure funds are available. You will be charged in full once the order leaves our warehouse.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

MY PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTED WHEN I’M IN CHECK OUT, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have questions about a specific payment option, we recommend trying the following:

Use an alternative payment method.

Ensure the billing information matches the payment option you are using.

Make sure there are sufficient funds available for the purchase.

If you still encounter difficulties with your payment method, please contact us at support@racgting.com and provide your email address, shipping address, and billing address.

WHAT COMES WITH THE RACING WHEEL STAND PURCHASE?

 When you purchase a Racing Wheel Stand, you will receive:

  • A sturdy, adjustable frame to securely mount your racing wheel, pedals, and gear shifter.
  • Some models may include a matching racing seat, as specified in the product description.

Please note: Steering wheels, pedals, and other electronic devices are not included. For details on compatible accessories, check the product description or contact us.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you have other plans or need to exchange a product, please contact our support email within 24 hours. We will assist you as soon as possible.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

If you wish to return an order within the scope of our return and refund policy, you need to contact us at support@racgting.com to initiate the process.

Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may result in delayed refunds, charges, or refusal of the return.

WHEN CAN I SEE MY RETURN FUND?

You can expect to see the refund returned to your original payment method within 2-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

I HAVE PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS AND NEED TO CHANGE?

If you placed an order within the past 24 hours, it is best to cancel the order using the cancellation link provided in the order confirmation email. You can then proceed to place a new order.

If it has been more than 24 hours and you request an address change, we can submit a redirection request to the carrier with the new delivery address. Please note that a fee may be charged, and address update requests are not guaranteed. Requests can only be made if the shipment is still in transit.

MY TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE.

We strive to avoid such situations, but if you do not receive your package, please contact our customer support team. We will provide further assistance to help resolve the issue.

SHIPPING

HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order has been shipped from our shipping center, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information for your order. Please note that due to high shipping volumes, it may take up to 1-2 days for the tracking number to update on the courier's website.

WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY’S WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

We offer a one-year limited warranty for most products. If you need any assistance, please contact us.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

We have warehouses in the US, Germany, the UK, and Japan. You can also check on the order page to see if shipping is available to your region.
